Springtime Tutorial: MAC Zen Rose

Hey loves! 

I have been trying to record and upload a video for over a week!

The last 2 looks I recorded would not import to my computer.

This look I filmed yesterday took me hours to import!

Somehow I figured it out [it was a pain] and got it into iMovie.

I made the mistake of not taking pictures or grabbing still shots before deleting it >.<

Why can't the universe just cooperate with me here lol

I have been OBSESSED with this color. I bought it last year

 and have neglected it for far too long. I have made it my mission to wear

this color every day this week-

so far, so good.

Sheen Supreme lipsticks are buttery, soft and super glossy. 

So far Zen Rose has been dubbed my springtime color.

Work Attire (OOTD)

Hello loves!

Another outfit of the day post here. 

I could not wait to wear the shoes I just bought this past weekend.

I love them so much and they are super comfortable!

I took these this afternoon after wearing them at work all day [I work retail].

I tried to edit as much of the yellow lighting as I could 

but, as you can see, I had very little luck.

I love this high-low top. The fabric has mini tiger faces scattered on it.

My favorite detail is the faux leather collar and breast pocket.

Peace Out (OOTD)

This quick outfit post is from this past Saturday. It was my sons birthday weekend ( Feliz Cumpleaños Julián!) and this day we made plans to go to Chuck E Cheese. He had a BLAST - even with it being filled with teenagers -_-  . 

 I wore some high waisted black pants and this crop top tee. I love the graphic print on this shirt so much. I found it at TJMaxx for $3! 

My shoes aren't pictured but I had flip flops on. My jewelry is from boutiques and flea markets in Puerto Rico. My mom and I go jewelry crazy every year we visit. It's so fun!!

Weekend Deals

Hello Beauties!!

I hope everyone is having a great start to their week. Today is actually my son's birthday!

He is turning 2 and I could not be more amazed/shocked/in disbelief.

Where is my baby going?!

He is getting so big and so smart and I just want to keep him all to myself! Haha.

Yesterday I ran to the Outlets to find him a new birthday outfit since I wasn't satisfied with the one he already had. I scored an amazing deal I had to share with you all before it ends!

Boots USA

One of the things I got in my VoxBox last month was this Botanics Ionic Clay Mask by Boots USA.

I have been (and always will be) a die hard facial mask fanatic. 

I just love the at home spa experience you get with these things.

I didn't get a chance to use this immediately after taking the seal off so I let it sit on my counter for the day. I was confused to come back to it leaking. The mask begins to thin out it seems and since it is standing upside down it starts to ooze out the sides. No bueno.

After shaking the bottle a few times to mix up the liquid it finally came out in a more clay like texture.

I will say that this is one of the messiest masks I have ever had to work with. 

After applying a thin layer, I left it on to dry for about 5-7 minutes. 

Washed off with warm water and patted my face dry.

This mask didn't leave my face dry nor did it irritate my skin. I have to say that I disappointed that I didn't get the deep cleaning sensation from it. I have to compare it to my favorite mask of all time- the Origins Clear Improvement Mask. Of the 2, Origins is still holding onto my Number 1 spot.
